London Overground Rail Operations Limited (LOROL) operates the London Overground concession on behalf of Transport for London (TfL).

Linking 21 of London's 33 boroughs, as well as Watford in Hertfordshire, LOROL operates 1,090 trains a day, employs 1,200 people and carries more than 400,000 passengers every day.

There are four London Overground routes:
• Highbury & Islington to West Croydon/Crystal Palace/Clapham Junction
• Richmond/Clapham Junction to Stratford
• Gospel Oak to Barking
• Watford Junction to Euston

LOROL is a 50/50 joint venture company between Deutsche Bahn AG (DB) and MTR Corporation. DB’s interest is managed by Arriva, DB’s division responsible for regional passenger transport outside of Germany.
