Rail Staff Travel Limited (RSTL) was established at Rail Privatisation to provide a service to those individuals who had their travel facilities safeguarded at that time. In addition RSTL administers the non-contractual travel facilities granted to employees who have joined the Train Operating Companies since 1 April 1996 (known as TOC New Entrants).

This website helps the employees detailed above to find out what travel facilities they are eligible to receive.

It should be noted that whilst most of the information on these pages applies also to Eurostar safeguarded employees, none of the information is relevant to that Company's non safeguarded staff. Eurostar employees should visit the Eurostar Intranet for full details of travel facilities arrangements which apply to them, or if in doubt, contact HR Employee Travel and Benefits.
