Rail Staff Travel
Rail Staff Travel Limited (RSTL) was established at Rail Privatisation to provide a service to those individuals who had their travel facilities safeguarded at that time. In addition RSTL administers the non-contractual travel facilities granted to employees who have joined the Train Operating Companies since 1 April 1996 (known as TOC New Entrants).
This website helps those employees to find out what travel facilities they are eligible to receive.
