RSP will issue you with a RSP Data Licence giving you the right to use RSP Data. The RSP Data Licence sets out the terms on which RSP Data will be supplied to you and the conditions you are required to comply with. Broadly speaking the conditions require you to use the data accurately and impartially, and in a professional manner. You will also be required to comply with any instructions, procedures or standards issued by RSP relating to the use of the RSP Data.

It will not be necessary to issue you with an RSP Data Licence if you are trying out the RSP data for testing purposes only. However, should you wish to proceed with a regular feed, or when the data is being used for purposes other than testing, it will then be necessary for a Licence to be issued.
