You may use RSP Data for a wide variety of purposes ranging from the publication of rail timetable and fares information via the internet, timetable information via mobile telephones or inclusion within electronic ticket issuing systems approved by RSP.

If you wish to use RSP Data to retail rail products then you will need to apply for an ATOC retail licence subject to status. Special arrangements apply to the retailing of fares and related products.

RSP requires that RSP Data is used accurately and impartially so that the best possible information is made available to the person relying on the data and in order to prevent damage to reputation of the TOCs.
