Train companies respond to ORR letter on Network Rail performance
02/11/2011Responding to the ORR’s letter to Network Rail on their performance, a spokesperson for the Association of Train Operating Companies said:
“A huge amount of effort has gone into raising overall levels of punctuality and reliability in recent years. But complacency is not an option and the whole industry understands the need to work together to focus on providing passengers with the services they expect and deserve.”
