Publication of National Rail Trends - ATOC responds
29/07/2010In response to the publication of National Rail Trends, Edward Welsh, Director of Corporate Affairs at the Association of Train Operating Companies, said:
“The hard work of train companies has helped to generate the highest levels of punctuality and the lowest levels of complaints on record. This shows the determination of the whole industry to provide customers with the service that they expect and deserve.
“But train companies aren’t complacent and, with demand expected to double over the course of the next 20 years, they will continue to work hard to improve services for passengers.”
