Code of Practice

This voluntary Code of Practice is designed to provide guidance for developers wanting to apply for a license to use National Rail Enquiries data and has been written with the help of the Office of Rail Regulation. We will keep the operation of the Code under review and It may be amended and updated from time to time.

When considering using National Rail Enquiries data it should be borne in mind that use of the data for anything other than your personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without a licence.
