The ATOC Marketing team is responsible for managing and promoting products, promotions and initiatives on behalf of its members, to promote rail travel to the public.

Key activities and responsibilities include:

• Management and promotion of the 16-26, Family & Friends, Senior and Network Railcards
• Management of National Rail products, promotions and initiatives
  
• Management of collective train company marketing, promotions and events in London and the South East
  
• Customer Relations services for Railcard customers and for general enquiries on Conditions of Carriage and industry policy
